What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, cloud environment, timeline, certification interests, and whatever you write in the message. If you email or call us directly, we keep the information you send so we can reply.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, scope proposals, and keep a record of conversations about our services. We do not sell contact data. We do not use the form for advertising networks.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to jon@groundworksec.com via FormSubmit. Hosting and form infrastructure providers may process the data as processors in order to deliver the message.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to work with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and business records. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a client relationship.
Your choices
Email jon@groundworksec.com to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to ask us not to follow up.
Security
This is a static marketing site. Do not send passwords, secrets, or regulated data (such as ePHI) through the public form. Use a secure channel we agree on after the first conversation.
